Shipments and returns

Your pack shipment

Packages are generally dispatched on next monday after receipt of payment and are shipped via Lithuanian post with tracking.  For international outside Lithuania, please contact customer support.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

European and world orders
If stock arrives dead or fatally damaged to any address outside the Lithuania we will not accept resposibility for refunding the value of the deadstock nor the cost of postage made as we have no control over the stock whilst in transit.
If stock is confiscated by customs for any reason, we will not accept responsibility for refunding the value of the order
Buyers from outside the Lithuania must accept all risks when placing an order, and the placing of an order is accepted as being made on these terms
We will provide a tracking number after posting,after which time we can accept no further resposibility for the parcel once it leaves the Lithuania.
